Meet Our Latest Winners!

I recently got engaged and since then I have won a Vera Wang Veil via a Facebook share and comment competition, a £100 jewellery voucher for sharing our engagement story and most recently an engagement shoot from an Instagram competition. Each of these competitions have helped made such a special time in our lives even more magical. We already feel like the luckiest people in the world but winning these competitions has been the icing on the cake! I’m going to carry on entering competitions from now until the big day - the dream would be to win a honeymoon!

I received a parcel which contained a lovely book. The invoice said it was complimentary so I’m guessing it’s a win from here. Always great when the postman gives you gifts you don’t even remember about. I haven’t started reading it yet but it looks like a great book to save and take on holiday. I’ve been entering competitions more frequently so hopefully this is the first of many future wins. I definitely recommend you keep entering as many competitions as possible as you never know when you may win.

I hadn't won anything since December after a dry year and hadn't checked my emails for quite some time, one day I had some spare time as wasnt at work due to not being well so thought I would check my emails. I say a email in my spam saying congratulations, I was super excited to see it was Dancing on ice and then I saw the date 19th April 2019, unfortunately I couldn't accept as it was the 18th April at 6pm and I'm from London, was gutted. so my message to everyone Is to check your emails and spam regularly so you dont miss awesome opportunities

I am having the best year ever since I started comping over 10 years ago - I have won 3 things things this year so far and it's only May. I have so far won a Keter store it out max for my garden - came in very useful for storing my garden equipment. A beautiful vinyl set of a classic Dr Who episode from the 60's and a pair of fabulous quality wellies EACH for me and my partner. (Expertly modelled by me as soon as they arrived!!) All through comps found on the Prizefinder site. Excited to see what the rest of the year brings! Stay lucky everyone:)

This turquoise Yoyo Bluetooth speaker from Woman and Home magazine won in March notified in April, also 12 different scented wax melts, should receive another 10 because of delay in getting them, a load of seeds to plant in autumn, fungus farm, on the way, from Grow Wild, £50 luxury tea from Cosmopolitan magazine, won on 4th April, not received yet, hopefully it's ok because I live in the Isle of Man, promoters not always happy, tickets for the Home building and renovation show from Amatur gardening magazine, 2x books, Art stamps and dies (stencils)

Having been a Lucky Part of the recent Jet2 #PartyPlane Team competition I was already literally on Cloud 9 ! We had boarded and were Malaga bound!
Half an hour into the flight we were given some questions about Rylan & I answered his Apprentice team-mates names correctly to be a volunteer. I entered to give a Safety demo like the stewards do. I decided to make a fool of myself and do a comedy routine with Rylan stood behind me ! Well it paid off and I won 2 return fights to anywhere in Europe !!

This month I’ve won a couple of prizes, one is up there with the most random...an itsu meal kit, which was actually really yummy. There were 100’s of these given away.
The second was my single Mother’s Day entry prize (I’ve fallen of the comping wagon lately with entries) but it was a real goody. I love prizes I wouldn’t buy, that are real treats from my favourite brands. So I won a set of products from the Aveda Stress-fix range. The value is over £150 and they all smell divine - too nice to use almost!

I am always a bit sceptical about social media competitions, especially reading stories where people don’t receive their prizes etc.. but I thought hey, end of the day I’ve nothing to lose, it was just a simple like and share to enter. Wonderluxe Travel had 3 prizes of Love2Shop vouchers all at different amounts. I couldn’t believe it when I saw my name in their winners draw post! I won 3rd prize of £50 Love2Shop vouchers and they messaged me to tell me they would post them the next day and to let them know when they have arrived, and all they asked of me was to write them a short recommendation. The vouchers came the very next day and have come in very handy for our very first family holiday break with my partner and our 11 month old son. Thank you Prize Finder for posting amazing competitions and I’ve got my fingers crossed for more competition wins ???

Well I had a nice long week off work over the Easter holidays. And what did I do with my spare time, well comp of course. ?

I have been hitting the competitions listed on the prize finder, looking for local competitions on Facebook and Twitter, and also just generally searching for Easter giveaways.

I've won in April:
- A Easter hamper from a local estate agents through a Facebook like and share.

- 6 comedy club tickets for my local theatre, through a twitter follow & retweet

-A Kindl from a local business website

-Meal out for two and cinema tickets, from an Instagram Follow and like.

But the bizzare message I had was from the winners circle group on Facebook advising me I had won a white Bentley. I was so confused. However I had indeed won a white Bentley from Namco Funscape, this was an 8 days of prizes competition listed on their Facebook page, first prize was a TV, second prize a child's electric white Bentley with all the trimmings, including an MP3 player inside it. Unfortunately I can't ride in it myself, so I will be giving it to my 4 year old nephew. ☺️ What a fun April I've had. Bring on May.

This month I was lucky enough to take an all expenses trip to Nashville with my partner to record a song in a music studio with a 5 piece session band! I won this by answering a simple question regarding the film ‘A Star is Born’ on the Magic FM website (via Prize Finder). We were picked up from the airport by limousine, stayed in the Thomson Nashville Hotel with breakfast included, spent a day recording an original song, had a framed gold disk of the recording, and to top it off, £500 spending money! It was an absolutely incredible experience - I am living proof that people do win big!
