Meet Our Latest Winners!

I've had a real run of good wins since I started comping in June. So far I have one a John Lewis gift voucher, tickets to Newbury races for ladies day, tickets to a river cruise on the Thames amongst other prizes but my favourite has to be a win from Denby pottery - a Denby afternoon tea set and a luxury afternoon tea hamper. After no comping in September as I was on holiday in Thailand for 3 weeks I'm looking to getting back into it

The competition was on the Euronics page, and the prize was a fabulous Smeg foodmixer. The competition was to bake a cake. But not just any cake. It had to have chocolate, something pink, fruit, and something summery. They also wanted several pictures and they gave you a hashtag to use on your pics.

I'm far from the best baker in the world and my cake decorating experience is almost nil but I really wanted to have a go as this was one of my dream prizes. I baked a couple of chocolate sponges and took a photo, making sure to put a piece of paper with the hashtag on in the photo. I figured mine might not be the best cake but I could demonnstrate all the way through that I had baked it especially for their compeitition.

I made my own pink fondant flowers - summery and pink. Then I decoated the cake with pink and chocolate buttercream, raspberries (fruit and summery too) and added the flowers. Being sure to take photos with the hashtag in along the way.

My attention to detail seemed to pay off. I can't say I thought mine was the best cake but I did stick to the rules like glue and I think that's what gave me the win. Truly delighted with this one.

Having been comping for 4 years and I have finally had my biggie! Me and my son are off onboard The Queen Mary 2 Transatlantic cruise to New York for 8 days! An overnight stay in a hotel once there, £500 to spend on Barbour & flights home! We are stupidly excited as this is without a doubt not something I would be able to afford to do with him if not for comping! Keep at it guys, you never know when the "biggie" is coming! X

My cheque from Heart FM arrived this morning. £1000. Perfect and sorts Christmas out without any worries. Also won a SMEG Kettle and food blender two weeks ago so I'm certainly on a lucky streak at the moment!!! Thank you prizefinder. Just goes to show you have to be in it to win it!!!!!! had a few little win this month but my best was a win was a nutribullet I won with Cambridge diet on twitter - I really wanted one so I searched #nutribullet on twitter and came across this competition and all you had to do was upload a short 5min excersise video so me and my daughter did one in our own home but we was laughing that much took nearly 2 hours to film was really worth it tho as there were only a handful of entries and I won

I recently entered a prize found in the closing soon section of the website to win a trip to New York or London. I entered two days before the closing date and got a call a few days later telling me that I'd won I could not believe it . I have always wanted to visit NY and now I am I am going early December. This is the best competition website and I am so excited about visiting the big apple. This is the second best prize I've won after winning to meet Mariah Carey.

Well after months and months away from comping I finally came back and on my 1st go I won 2 tickets to the Scottish wedding show thanks to Peebles media. Which is great as we have just said we were gonna start planning our wedding. Now to win some more wedding prizes

I've generally been lucky winning Social Media competitions I have found on Prize Finder (one of them a Monin Cocktail Syrup set!) but I saw a link on Prize Finder about an insurance survey several months ago, I had some time to kill so filled one out after receiving excellent customer service when my phone was stolen and a few months later, I got an email to say I'd won £100 in M&S vouchers! I've given them to my mum so she can get all the food in for Christmas dinner (I may have used one of the £10 vouchers to get a bottle of wine though!). Thanks Prize Finder!!

I won £150 worth of Wellies,and a Raincoat,on the Belvoir Bagatelle Competition!Seasalt Rainwear were the providers. As the prize was for a Lady,my friend ,Paula,is Welly pleased!She'll be Singing in the Rain Coat,ouch,sorry!Cheers to Prizefinder for the link. She lives on the East Coast and a raincoat and wellies are lifesavers,tho a rowing boat would have been even handier!!!

I recently entered a competition on Instagram Where Vita cocoa was running a competition to with a months supply of coconut oil. I enter a few comes on insta and I have won a few. I had to tag the best baker you know. A few weeks later I got a direct message saying I won I was so happy because i use coconut oil very often. I am sharing the prize with my sister.
