Meet Our Latest Winners!

I always try to make time to enter competitions on the prize finder website but with a busy summer holiday my comping days had been few and far between. Much to my surprise (and delight!) I had a parcel arrive in the post letting me know I had won a Jessie toy from Toy Story 4! I had no idea as hadn't had a phone or email to let me know I had won so don't give up faith and you might have a lovely surprise in the post like I did one day. Jessie is being put away ready for Christmas :) It is the much needed rocket fuel to keep entering, particularly with Christmas coming up and my daughter's birthday 5 days after!!

I was thrilled to win this eco-friendly dining set which arrived today - something bright to stretch that summer feeling a little bit longer. And yesterday I received an email to say that I had won a family photo shoot , so 2 wins in one week - a first for me. Thank yo to everyone who takes the time to share their comps and good luck!

Won a trip to the Edinburgh Fringe on the Caledonia sleeper train! Happened to be the weekend with all the train chaos so we never made it to London in time to catch the sleeper train. We were put up in a Hotel and on the next train to Edinburgh where we enjoyed watching Frank Skinner, Al Murray and a meal at the Fawlty Towers Experience and stayed in a lovely Hotel. On return I received a cheque for the cost of the whole train experience which was over £900 so even though we didn't get the Sleeper train experience we had a fab weekend and of course the money was brilliant. A luxury hamper arrived too which was part of the prize.

A simple Instagram competition led us to have a wonderful free stay overnight in Spitalfields London. Not only that, but we had a bottle of bubbly in the room upon arrival, ahead of being treated to dinner with a bottle of wine and a cocktail each, followed by a round of cocktails at a nearby bar and brekkie at the hotel in the morning. It was so wonderful and the social media guys at The Gun London were incredibly lovely in getting it arranged with all three brands involved in the prizes! All round amazing win!

I won a 7 day glamping holiday with Mumsnet and the Camping and Caravanning Club of GB. Not something we would usually try as our youngest has severe learning difficulties but we gave it a shot & were presently surprised. We chose the ReadyCamp at Maplethorpe, the camp site was immaculate and the facilities brilliant. We got a chance to visit the beach and had enough fish and chips and ice creams to keep us going for the year! I've won a few competitions over the years but this has to be one of the best by far.

My son loves Lego so I always use the search function on the Prizefinder to check I find all of the Lego comps & keep my fingers crossed I can win one for him. With Lego being such a great prize, these always get quite a lot of entries and I must have entered loads over the last few years. But this month our luck finally came up with this amazing Lego VW Beetle from Black Circles Tyres on Facebook. I will be putting this away for Xmas and he will absolutely love it - I love that I can use my hobby to treat my family ?

There are always some people who just never win anything; not just the big things but even down to the undrinkable wine fobbed off as a third tier raffle prize, or a pair of comedy tombola socks. I have always been one of those people. At least, until yesterday, when a shiny ten pound evoucher popped into my inbox to the sound of trumpets. Okay, it’s hardly a life-changing sum of money, or a holiday or a spanking new piece of expensive technology, but it is the first thing I’ve ever won and it felt like a little email hug.
So, thank you, Prizefinder for achieving a minor miracle - now I’m off to find a nice small surprise to help the kids keep busy over the rest of the holiday.

August has been my best month of the year so far for me with 19 amazing prizes. My £2000 loveholidays has to to be the best from calypso on Instagram, we chose to book a holiday to Orlando for 10 days next may for my family of 5. It's the the 1st time I have ever won a photo competition. We will be stay in our own 3 bedroom villa with it's on pool! Other prizes this month have included a £299 ironing , a big baby snacks and accessories, sun tan lotion, snacks, cakes, eco products and easy voucher. A very happy summer comping when else can do in the rubbish british weather ?

Another prize through PrizeFinder, a selection of teas from a different tea company this time, a company called Qi, a family -run business selling natural, organic and fairtrade teas based in Kent. The flavours include Green Tea, White Tea, Ginger Tea, Jasmine Tea, Lemon and Detox Tea. It's nice to receive a prize that has different flavours to those that you would normally buy. Comping is an exciting hobby, as you never know what's going to arrive through the post next. I always appreciate a prize however small.

I won a pair of tickets to Art Late as part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival - it was my first win, all thanks to Prize Finder! Here's a photo of me outside the Queen's Gallery. From here we travelled to the old Parliament House, Dovecot Studios for the Grayson Perry exhibition, and the Talbot Rice Gallery. It was a fantastic night seeing a variety of exhibitions and performances we'd never normally get the opportunity to see. We enjoyed refreshments too. It's really given me a boost to enter more competitions!
