Meet Our Latest Winners!

Another happy year comping and some super wins particularly from Pinterest which I love to do and can spend ages putting them together in the evening. My latest win through Pinterest was a crafting hamper full of buttons, ribbons and kits such as 'make your own knickers' :) Also a 12 month subscription to Mollie Makes was included so a gorgeous magazine to look forward to over the next year whilst I get busy with the needle and thread.

In the Advents I won a Lotus F1 Trunki case and a backpack/booster seat, both of which will be really useful for my 4 year old. The Trunki case is amazing as it has also been signed by the British F1 team!

I love the smaller prizes too and boxes of Readybrek, children's books and toiletries have come in useful. Looking forward to 2015 and hoping to try and do more effort based comps.

When it comes to entering competitions my approach is rather all or nothing. I hadn't entered a single comp since about March. But with Christmas approaching and a house to decorate and sell I decided to start entering again. So with great enthusiasm I embraced the advents and with only 19 days into December I received a lovely email informing me of a much desired win, a king-size mattress.

We were moving house and my big old sleigh bed had to go. It wouldn't fit in the new house because it has a fitted bedroom. So I sadly put it up for sale. 2 days later, my partner asked if I had any emails about the bed. Well, not about that bed I hadn't, but I had an email from Very telling me I had won a Silent Night bed!! Result!!

Well that's my first year of comping over and I've loved every minute of it! I last posted beginning of November and I have been very lucky since then winning;

Can't believe I have won so many lovely things and it's all thanks to ThePrizeFinder!

Happy New Year everyone, I hope 2015 is lucky for you x

One of this year's best wins for me has been winning the Swizzels/Matlow 60 years of love comp, couldn't believe I was one of 12 winners to be chosen to have our own personalised love heart sweet made and be added to all the new packets in shops!! My winning slogan was "Hot Wheels" which is a nickname as I'm in a wheelchair lol. We also got a night in a lovely hotel, tour of the factory, more sweets than you can imagine and £100 spending money, and we got in some local and national papers!! It was an amazing day. Had lots of other wins this year thanks to ThePrizeFinder. So if you've not won yet don't give up, you've got to be in it to win it :)

After avoiding the advents this month, I don't have many wins to show for December with a shaving bundle from King of Shaves, a young explorers pack from Organix and a screen printed tote bag.

I did get a chance to enjoy my short break I won in November from the Damart competition, so I've included a photo of it here. I took a friend I met when doing teacher training and we had a great time. The stay was in an adults' only hotel so we had a break from the kids for a weekend. Full board with wonderful food and access to the spa. Bliss!

I have been using ThePrizefinder site for quite a while now and have had some amazing wins. I really enjoy comping as you never know what the postman will bring next. I haven't done very well at all with the Advents this year but was lucky enough to win a lovely Tesco's Beauty Advent Calendar at the end of last month which had some lovely items in it so was really please with that. However I did manage to win £250 voucher to spend with Kingdom Interiors and I was definitely spoilt for choice. It was hard to choose but eventually I chose this beautiful lamp which has pride of place in my newly decorated lounge. December has been a lovely month. I was extremely fortunate last December with advent comps and actually won a huge amount of prizes. I was very excited to do the advents this year but due to Christmas, work and my daughters very exciting first Christmas play, I had less time to enter than I usually do. I was lucky enough though to win 64 prizes in December.

My biggest prizes this month were my Wii U Mario Kart package that I won from Capital One, a £160 soup maker, a nights stay in a Travel Lodge and £150 of John Lewis Vouchers. Amongst these I won some great useful prizes like dreses, make up, amazon vouchers, kids toys and food.

I personally think Santa played a huge part in my wins this month, thank you Santa! I still believe :D

I have entered competitions on and off for a few years but thought I would try my luck using theprizefinder.com this year.. Glad I did as I won these brilliant rayban sunglasses from a Prizefinder.com advertised Facebook competition. I love them and they arrived just in time for my summer holiday!!

ThePrizefinder is brilliant. I have won 3 days in the Cotswolds together with a cookery course all courtesy of Woman & Home. Without ThePrizefinder I would not have known about this or most of the other comps that I enter and sometimes win. Getting that phone call or email is always exciting even for the little things and they make great 'prizes' for all the games we play over Christmas. Happy new comping to everyone.
