A few little surprise wins from my competition entries from June/July!
I entered a competition from evolutioncomps.co.uk, answered a simple question, and a bundle of Gormiti action figures landed on my doorstep worth £100.
I gave these fab toys to my next door neighbours little boy who was made up with them! He has had a tough time during lockdown, not being able to venture out much due to having asthma, so this prize cheered him up!
I also won a prize on the daily entry LDN fashion website, which was £100 worth of e&e handmade jewellery of my choice! Really pretty and cannot wait to wear these items on a night out, when it is safe to do so! I am a key worker in a supermarket on nights which is tough! So this jewellery win was just what I needed!
All of these wins would not be possible without the fantastic PRIZEFINDER website!! Keep up the great work guys!

First Win
Thursday, July 2, 2020
On and off I have entered competitions for about a year... I've won a couple of tickets for things here and there but this time I won an actual physical prize! ... I had my baby 3 days before lockdown began. Such a strange time to have a baby. I know people say you should sleep when the baby sleeps but i found myself entering competitions everytime she had a little snooze. I entered all the fathers day competitions I could as I wanted to win my partner something special! I was absolutely made up to win this luxury robe from Christy! Fingers crossed I have a few more wins on the horizon!
June Prizes
Tuesday, June 30, 2020
The last day of June and the postman has delivered a bumper haul. Now things are going back nearer to normal I appear to have received more prizes this week.
UEFA branded T-shirts , mugs and eco USB sticks were delivered today.
The grandchildren will have a field day at the weekend sharing out the gooodies. It's lovely to be able to share out prizes and the excitement of wins.
If there are any left over prizes I will donate them to charity as fundraisers.
Thanks Prizefinder for keeping up the numbers of comps to enter.Play With Pringles
Saturday, June 27, 2020
I was delighted to get a Facebook direct message from Pringles to say I was a winner in the #PlayWithPringles promotion.
After confirming my details my prize of a XBOX ONE S was with me within two days and it is my first prize this year that is going into my Christmas present hiding place.
Sorry for mentioning the ‘C’ word so early in the year but I am sure many Compers are well ahead of me with their prize winning gifts.
Further prizes on my wish list for prezzies are a decent camera for my husband, a hamper for my mum and a mobile phone for my daughter.
Good luck and happy comping everyone.
1st Instagram win
Saturday, June 27, 2020
A lovely prize from Blossom Hill and Arena Flowers which ran for 5 weeks. I missed the first two, didn’t win on the next two but finally won on the last week. My first ever Instagram win which I was thrilled about as I am still getting my head around it. The prize was also for the person I nominated so my friend Julie was as thrilled as me. The flower are really lovely and I am looking forward to trying the rhubarb and gin infused wine. This was a welcome win after a couple of dry months. It’s s easy to lose your comping mojo when you enter loads with no results. This will keep me going for a while now.

Returning to Comps on Lockdown
Wednesday, June 10, 2020
I've recently returned to comping during lockdown after many years out. Its changed quite a bit in the way you enter comps very much social media driven now but still ultimately boiling down to luck of the draw. Took about a month and not a huge win but a lovely little win for my son some 3d dinosaur jigsaws from Kiddicraft very handy indeed and will keep him busy for a few hours while stuck at home ! and getting that first win does spur you on to keep going and try to win some more lovely prizes
Hoodie win
Wednesday, May 27, 2020
Upped my comping game in the lockdown and a few nice wins filtering through.
The pictured Hoodie came from Whole Earth Peanut Butter.
I have also won some water bottles and a snack pack which consisted of Glasses, Bowl , Pop and Crisps. All handy items to have delivered to your door at the moment.
Entering comps now takes your mind off other things and gives you a positive outlook. Every parcel that comes is an added excitement to the day at home in lockdown.
Glad to see ThePrizeFinder is still listing plenty of comps to keep us occupied.Mindfulness Retreat / BuyaGift
Wednesday, May 20, 2020
This fabulous prize landed on my doormat just as we entered lock down. The prize is for a mindfulness meditation day which would have been lovely, but then I discovered that the nearest centre was 120 miles away! I admit, I am not an early bird and if I have to get get up and be on the road by 6-30, no amount of mindfulness meditation is ever going to make me feel happy. So my sister and I have decided to swap the voucher for a glass fusing workshop in Scarborough, and the money left over pays for a hotel stay. Result! Really looking forward to being able to go away with sis, the workshop and learning something new once this is all over.
Santa Maria Win
Thursday, May 14, 2020
I won a personalised wooden breakfast tray with Santa Maria. I actually won it because someone didn't claim their prize! So make sure you check your junk email just in case you missed an winners notification.
I've crossed out the name for privacy reasons, but i love that it was personalised. It arrived from Not On The High Street quickly so thank you to ThePrizeFinder / Santa Maria. Perfect for lockdown and all those coffees I'm having in bed!
Good luck to everyone still comping, there are some great prizes out there
