Meet Our Latest Winners!

I started comping Mid October 2012 with some scepticism. Yes I had read all the stories about the amazing prizes compers had won but something inside me said it was just too good to be true or that the people that won lots of big prizes must spend all day doing competitions.

I pushed those thoughts aside and decided I would give it a month's trial. If by the end of month I'd not won anything I would stop. As I'm quite creative I decided to enter mainly creative competitions, topped up with the non skill based ones for things I really wanted.

Within a week I won £100 worth of Pretty Polly Tights for posting a picture of my worst socks.
Then the prizes started coming - I had quite big prizes like 2 season tickets to Cheltenham Races, luxury hampers, gift experience tickets, gig tickets. I've also had loads of little prizes too - books, belts, cds, gift sets.
My most recent prize and first of this January was a year's subscription to PlayStation Magazine. As we are a house of gamers it was a great prize to win.
So I am happy to say I was TOTALLY and COMPLETELY wrong about comping. It is genuine and people do win, I'm proof of that. I love my new hobby and hope to continue for many years to come.

I've been entering competitions since I found out I was expecting a baby back in February 2012. I started with baby sites then I entered everything! In my 11 months of entering competitions I've won a Joolz changing bag, a ProtectiShade buggy cover, a Nuby no-spill beaker, an e-book of Indian SuperMeals Baby & Toddler cookbook and my latest win was yesterday; a Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends Great Quarry Climb playset! I look forward to what 2013 holds for me!

I have been entering competitions for several years and won the odd prize or two but nothing worth shouting about, but so far January has been beyond my expectations! It started with winning a Budweiser pint glass from a competition on Budweiser's Facebook page. Then I won £100 of B&Q vouchers from Womans magazine and today I received an e-mail from Mastercard saying that I had won a bespoke weekend in London! It just shows that you have to be in it to win it!

I've been entering competitions for nearly year and have had some really nice prizes. I enter the instant win dailies most days and didn't give up when I kept having the 'Sorry' page. But, one Sunday morning I entered the Tyrrells daily, where the man picks items from the ground. On the third attempt he picked out a pink crisp packet which meant I'd won a box full of crisps. When it arrived it had 4 large bags, 6 single size and 3 packets of snacks in various flavours. They were all lovely!

I'm so glad I found this site. I've only been a member for a week and I've just received an email to say I have won a £50 M&S voucher through a competition I entered. Thanks for sharing your wonderful comps. I hope to have lots more wins, and wish everyone else lots of luck too.

I entered a competition via facebook for a Neals Yard product called 'Beauty Sleep Concentrate'. I had to email stating how I got my beauty sleep.
I occasionally enter competitions on ThePrizeFinder website and usually only enter the ones for products or things I really like, so when I won I was delighted! It was a small prize, but it still made my day!

My children love doing the craft competitions on your site. Their December win was this lovely skoot ride on suitcase from Worlds Apart. They had to colour in a sheet and submit it via Facebook. It wasn't until I check who had won that I then noticied my name on their winners section.

They are over the moon with it!

I started comping in September, after having found theprizefinder.com online. Within 2 weeks I had won a flight to Liverpool with JLS for myself and my daughter. I was hooked! However the best was still to come. One Monday in December I had an email to say I had won a Nikon camera valued at £600, followed by an email the Tuesday to say I had won £200 Lowie voucher from Daisy Green and on the Wednesday I won £250 of jewellery from Dower and Hall in the Stylist advent! Needless to say I was thrilled and my resolution for 2013 is to continue comping with theprizefinder.com. Thank you!

I entered the Baker Days competition on twitter in November. I just retweeted and followed Baker Days and forgot all about it until I received a tweet telling me I had won these delicious cupcakes!

My family and friends were pleased with my win and yes I did eat the special Emma Cakes myself :-)

I will definitely do more twitter competitions in the future.

Last year was a very lean year in the competition world for me, winning only one small but very sweet prize - a large quantity of 'Pink n Whites'. Never the less, after having a brilliant Christmas my very Happy New Year started to begin on 2 January when I won Beats by Dre headphones which I was thrilled to see that I have won, as my children have been nagging me to buy some. Later that day having checked my emails I found that I had won another prize from one of the Christmas Advents - L'Oreal hair products! Then on the 3 January I was pleasantly surprised to wake up to 3 pairs of shoes in my post that I had also won in a Christmas competition. What a brilliant start to the New Year - watch this space.......
