Yes, I won a beach ball and a very bright orange T-shirt. My 84 year old dad modelled them for me. I sent a photo into another comp and won another prize. I was well pleased. My dad was amused too. The beach ball has had a lot of use but no one's been brave enough to wear the luminous orange T-shirt out. If you wore it you wouldn't get lost ha ha....

After a really buzzing March when a small shower of useful and decorative items arrived unexpectedly, April, May and June were fairly quiet with just a few DVDs and cosmetics, mainly items from daily giveaways, to make things interesting. Then on July 1st I received an email to say I had won an ASUS Fonepad in a Stylist competition. They just needed my address to send it and amazingly it turned up the next day. As one more used to a chunky desktop computer and basic PAYG phone there is a steep learning curve ahead but there were plenty of offers of help from family members. Needless to say much time was spent during the recent long hot days getting to grips with all it could offer.
Then, on the hottest day of the year so far, I received another prize – a pair of Heat Holders socks. Not sure which competition this was as there was absolutely nothing else in the parcel to help identify this. (Has anyone else noticed how common this has become? There always used to be a LWE (long white envelope) or email to warn you of the impending arrival of a prize or at the very least a compliments slip in the package.) Anyway, I’m sure I’ll appreciate them once the temperature drops!

So earlier this month I got home from work to find a box had been delivered to my house. I had no email's saying that I had won a competition so I was quite excited!

I opened the box to find a brand new Xbox console and Walking Dead game to go with it! I still didn't know where I had won it from as there was nothing in the box to say!

The label with my name on said the name of a consultancy company and after emailing them they told me that I had won a Facebook competition from a magazine and apologies for not telling me before hand. I told them thank you and was fine as it was a nice surprise

My mom and myself are avid compers, when I'm not on the computer she is.... We have won lots of prizes this month and the latest ones are... Sudacrem goody bag, mini golf set, books, a watch, aftershave gift box, a mug that was customized as it was my birthday :), a mobile phone and a pack of crisps. We really love our hobby.

Last year I was lucky enough via this site to win an all inclusive vist to Alton Towers. Back then I could not find the time to use it so the lovely people at Alton Towers moved it to this year. Lets just say "job done".

Last week my brother and I went, spent two days on site, stayed the night, had free meals, drinks at the bar (we made the most of that) and to top it off had platinum wrist bands so although the place was busy we waited no longer than 9 mins for rides like "The Smiler". The waiting time for others was 70 mins. Crazy.

An amazing two days all for FREE!!

We were having sooooo much fun the only pic I had taken was in a big chair at the hotel. Ha ha! Simple things and all that.

I am a student so obviously anything free sounds good to me. At first I was skeptical and I didn't think I would win anything but after a few months, I won this really cute handbag bundle from Ocean Spray. I have been checking this website daily ever since

The start of July was great. I received an email from Theprizefinder.com to say I had won the monthly winners' story prize, a £50 voucher. Then I received another email saying I had won 2 tickets to Tree fest at Westonbirt Arboretum in Gloucestershire and then I got another email saying I had won the main prize of a Jelly Belly Machine in a competition I had entered in my local newspaper, and what was even better was it arrived with a kilo bag of Jelly Beans plus another pack of 20 in the Jelly belly machine box!

Can't wait to see what I win next :)

I've been entering competitions for a while now and have won some amazing prizes such as perfume & make up with Debenhams, a £500 shopping spree with Very, along with other beauty items from numerous other companies and meals out at top restaurants.
Big or small I'm always thrilled to have won something that is useful or luxurious for myself or my family.
One of my most recent wins is a trip to Los Angeles, a 4 night stay in a hotel, $200 spending money each for myself and a friend plus a pair of shoes each! This will be our first trip away as we've never been abroad. I was in complete shock when I found out and even had to contact the companies involved to make sure it was legitimate.
After all my competition success my friends now join in too, so I'm always forwarding competitions to my friends from ThePrizeFinder and they too have had their own successes.

I've had an amazing month with lots of small prizes but I also won Face of Freesat TV so I now have a Humax Freesat + box fully installed satellite dish. But the most amazing part of the prize was to feature in there TV ad and photo shoot. It was a fantastic day and I was treated like a real superstar in London.

I go through stints of entering comps for one month and then generally have a break over the next, maybe entering one here and there. I started in July 2009, systematically working through all the entries I was interested in for that month. Three days after I began, I won £500 of shopping vouchers. I've been doing it ever since. Last year I was able to be there for an historic moment in tennis when I watched Andy Murray get into the Wimbledon final, a year before he won it. Something I would never otherwise have the opportunity to do. Now I'm holding out for that big win, an all inclusive holiday as I've never been abroad!
