Meet Our Latest Winners!

I have been comping now for around a year and 8 months and during that time I won nothing, even though I was entering up to 400 a day. This last month my luck FINALLY changed.

First of all, two or so weeks ago I found out I won an overnight stay in a hotel in any location of my choice any time this year! So I chose to go to London at the end of the year to celebrate my 6 year anniversary. Just yesterday, I received a message on Twitter to say I had won some shot glass test tubes! And today, I won a funny story competition and got a 25 pound Amazon voucher from Biscuit Bingo!!

I finally feel like my luck has changed and I feel so happy and I'm determined to keep going, it is worth every second! I feel so grateful because I put so much time into comping since I don't work due to my anxiety/depression. So these are well needed wins and have really given me a boost and my trip to London at the end of the year has made me want to push myself and get better so I can really enjoy myself!

2013 was a really lean year for me. I didn't win a sausage. (Not that sausages are a favourite of mine!)
Then this evening I get an email and it is a winners email.

It's a good start to the year but not quite the star prize I was hoping for. Hopefully I'll post that I've won the car to go with it soon! Ah well, they say small is beautiful.

After being introduced to the site by my friend Greig Spencer at the beginning of the month I have been entering about 50 comps a day and spending about an hour doing so. I have already had 7 wins including tickets to clubs and music concerts. I also won a few DVDs including this, which is a great film. The site is so easy to use and makes competition entering fun and enjoyable so thanks to my friend and thanks to you guys!

I came home from work worn out and looked through my post. I chucked away the usual junk mail and had an A4 letter from Virgin Holidays. I chucked this in the bin thinking it was a mailshot, but a picture of the new Atlantis Hotel blinked at me through a clear panel. Just a quick look then - I had won 4 days at the newly opened Atlantis Hotel in Dubai which had just been open 1 week! It was from a survey from Virgin Holidays that I had filled in when I was bored at work! I had won a trip for two with top class flights, meals and two excursions. This could have so easily been thrown out and I would have been none the wiser. The moral of this story - always check your junk mail!

I received an email yesterday from the Beauty Bible to say I had won a Jo Hansford Hair Care Bundle, worth approx. £90. I have also received yesterday a Super Facialist Vitamin C+ Daily Moisturiser by Una Brennan from the Easy Living December giveaway. My luck seems to have changed, so here's to a fruitful 2014 and thank you ThePrizeFinder for finding all these fabulous competitions.

I had won a few advents in December, then had a slow start this month, then I had a WEM from Shortlist magazine to tell me I had won a pair of exclusive Red Bull Sennheiser Momentum headphones worth £260. My husband has always wanted a decent pair and it was his 50th birthday this month. I was very impressed that they turned up 2 days later and I had one happy hubby.

January has been one of my best months for wins ever. First I received a personalised razor and Nativity 2 on DVD, then on the 9th of January I had one of the best emails I have ever received telling me I have won a family holiday in the Al Fresco advent calender competition to Yelloh Village Beach Club in France!!! I still can't believe it!!!
After that the wins still kept on coming and I won 3 more prizes in 3 days - a £20 Amazon voucher, The secret life of Walter Mitty Merchandise and The Hobbit the Desolation of Smaug Merchandise. To round off an amazing month I also won a £15 Itunes voucher and a free bottle of Sunny Delight :D

I worked out that in January alone the value of my wins is equal to the value of everything I won during the whole of 2013!!! I can't believe what an amazing month I have had. Thanks to everyone involved in posting competitions on this site as without you no one would win anything. You are amazing :)

January has been a very long month, despite entering almost everything. I had my longest slump since joining ThePrizeFinder going 6 weeks exactly without a prize, then yesterday the postman knocked with an unexpected package. To my delight it was 2 Xbox 360 games (new releases). Both my children and the hubby were very pleased, but still not as pleased as I was to win my first prize of 2014. Roll on February. Good luck everyone.

I couldn't believe it. I had won a luxury wood cabin break in Gloucestershire. The sort of holiday you dream of. There was even a hot tub outside which despite being January was gloriously warm and refreshing. There was a real log fire as well as under floor heating to keep us warm as toast. Not forgetting the hire of a Hyundai car for the duration. A magical three days in an enchanting environment. Amazing!

After getting back in contact with a very good friend, she got me back onto ThePrizeFinder. I had a few little wins then got this email to say that I had won a Charles Worthington goodie bag! I was so excited, it's a wonder the whole world never heard me. LOL.

So this will be getting used for my special day on May 3rd this year for me and my bridesmaids. Thanks so much for this brill, friendly Prizefinder site. xx
