Meet Our Latest Winners!

The Christmas advent comps on Facebook got me comping this year and I was over the moon to find out I won a sassy bloom box of goodies for my twin boys. That win got me hooked and I discovered this AMAZING site!

Since then I won the boys a Nuby teething toy each and tickets to the Baby Show at Excel with Chicco.

But tonight I had the shock of my life when I discovered I won an iPad Air. I am now an addict!

I had a fab win in October with a £500 win at Very! I was spurred on by this and have entered hundreds of competitions most weeks since then without a win which has been really disappointing as it's been 3 months of endless form filling with no result! I have to say, it can get a bit tedious when you are trying as hard as you can, following all the guidance and tips to win and seeing all the other winners stories and reading about someone who has won a car, money and 12 other things in one week!! So just before I gave up, a win has come in time to keep me hopeful! A lovely big box of 30 packs of seaweed snacks, an interesting win! Keep going people! X

I started the year by winning a £250 One 4 All shopping voucher and thought 'WOW that's probably my first and last big win for this year'. I've had lots of little wins since which are lovely little surprises. I got in from work and checked my emails the other day and saw one saying I had won an iPad but I almost deleted it as the email didn't even have my name in it but I looked on the website and low and behold there was may name. WINNER!!!! Since then I have won a jumper too. :-) LOVE LOVE LOVE comping!!!!

I entered the competition on the day of closure. I have had a dry run recently so I didn't expect anything.
I then had an email to say I had won a new release of perfume - Alien (still not allowed to say the name!) It is gorgeous!! It is in a re-fillable bottle. All I can say is keep trying, thank you ThePrizeFinder for finding the link to this prize!

We recently won a subscription to Toucan Box - a great craft box for 3-8 year olds, and a box lands on your door mat each month. Well, the postman has to give it to you, as it is so big, with so much in it to do...

Here is a photo of our young son Teejay with his igloo and eskimos, seal and husky dog, that he recently made. Everything he needed was in the box, the instructions and all the resources. Also in the same box, was everything he needed to make the most gorgeous snowflakes. With glitter and sequins, glue and wool. So As long as you don't mind mess, then Toucan Box is a great, fun box to receive each month.

This month we have received an Ocean box and will soon be busy creating a mess....and artwork that is amazing. Each box comes with a related book too. So everything follows the theme of the box.

Teejay loves it when the postman knocks on the door at the beginning of each month, and he has no idea what the theme will be...just he knows he is going to have fun!

So I decided to start entering these competitions because of my boredom and extra time. Two weeks in and I have already had my first big prize. I was sent this amazing hamper from nakd. Enough to last me months. Thank you The Prize Finder and thank you nakd!

I have been comping for about 9 months and have won a handful of prizes including £50 worth of stationery, some bubble bath for kids, a goody bag and some vouchers for B&Q which unfortunately I was unable to claim (that will teach me for ticking the terms and conditions box but not actually reading them!) and now I have had my first win on Facebook, which was £30 worth of vouchers for a meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen. I have been there a couple of times before and loved it and it will taste all the better if the meal is free! I love the new competition tracker as its encouraging me to enter even more, I think I will also have to join Twitter and Pinterest to see how lucky I am there!

I have had a very slim February with not a lot of prizes, so decided that I would try and win flowers for Valentines day, so I entered everything. Happily on 13th I received a tweet to let me know I had won an Interflora competition for a dozen long stemmed red roses. I was over the moon, and to top it off the delivery car was a Rolls Royce. I just wish I'd been quick enough to get my camera out, but the flowers were lovely and are still in their prime now. Well chuffed.

I've been really lucky this month. I first won £250 worth of clothes from Lili-London courtesy of Look Magazine. When I checked out their clothing I realised that being over 40 and size 14 I wasn't really going to get much that would look good on me. I decided to treat 7 lovely young ladies in my life. My three nieces, niece in law and three of my closest friends daughters. They were able to choose an outfit each and were thrilled.

The next week I got an email saying I had won a Weber gas fired BBQ. My husband thought that was brilliant and immediately built it up when it arrived.

Then yesterday I won a set of Tomy Winnie the Pooh baby toys. These are will be nice for my cousin who is expecting her first baby.

All in all a really lucky month.

I've recently started comping again after spending hours last year and having no wins. This month I started doing the closing soon comps for Twitter and Facebook, next thing I know I've won a mug and a cute little kitten teddy and then a few days after I won the red bag which is perfect for when I start work! I never thought it would happen too me because I'm so unlucky! But I really enjoying comping and if you feel like it will never happen to you, it will when you least expect it and it will be the best feeling in the whole world.
