Meet Our Latest Winners!

I've been entering competitions for a few years now. It only seems like yesterday that I started and to be honest comping has taken over my life! I've won hundreds of prizes over the years... some top prizes like mini breaks and holiday vouchers and little prizes like books and make-up. Some months have been great and others a bit slow but I keep going. If I want a break I can, but I can never fully stop. It's a proper addiction but I wouldn't change it for the world. My husband works full time and we decided I would stay at home until our kids can look after ourselves but comping has brought us so much joy, the little and big luxuries we would never have had otherwise so I would like to thank ThePrizeFinder for showing me the way to comp successfully and if you haven't won yet YOU WILL!! I started entering competitions in January after my friend had told me about her new hobby. Nothing happened in January or February, but in March I received an email from Curry's to say I had won a HP Rove portable Desk Top PC worth £800!! Well to say I was over the moon is an understatement, I had the email on the Thursday and the PC on the Saturday. My two sons (and hubby!) are thrilled and keep on asking what we will win next! I have been feeling really low this week, and in a big need for a pick-me-up but not enough comping mojo in me to enter a lot of competitions so I've been sticking to the dailies, unsuccessfully.

However, I've just got home from work to a surprise win of 2 tickets to see The Backstreet Boys next week!
I am gifting them to my friend, as she helped me find a new job last month and she is a big big fan. I love that my hobby can cheer me and my friends up!

A few days ago, I had my £100 Love2Shop voucher arrive from a daily competition, that I had been waiting 5 weeks for, so that also cheered me up on my low week.

Thanks to The Prize finder I am able to search for specific prizes that I want to win, or in my city close to home, which is how I won the gig tickets. Keep up the good work!

Well after a slow start to the year I upped my game, and it has paid off! So far in March I won ten prizes including a yummy McVities biscuit hamper from One Stop - and I won an overnight break with breakfast at a hotel of my choice anywhere in the UK from Onken! I must say I love the foodie prizes best!

Comps requiring slogans or witty comments as to why I want the prize are my passion - so was delighted to discover the Sixtyplusurfers online monthly magazine via The PrizeFinder!

They have loads of competitions, some of them the kind I prefer and you don't have to be over 60 to enter them! One great win from them was a three day break at Combermere Abbey in Shropshire and despite picking the only three days last April when it was wet and windy, we had a fabulous time in the Stone Lodge (pictured) which was warm, cosy and luxurious throughout. It was a great relaxing break in beautiful countryside and one to be recommended!

I recently won a trip to the ATP Masters Tennis Finals at the O2 in London for myself and three friends (I took my wife and two children). We were given overnight accommodation at a nearby hotel, and drinks of Corona throughout the evening, in the Corona VIP Suite. The seats for the match were excellent (we saw the Tsonga vs Nadal match, and a doubles match as warm-up to the singles), and enjoyed the following day in London before heading home. I love any kind of wins but food wins are always good! I won a case of Borders Biscuits on Twitter and I got to choose what flavours I wanted as well! I chose chocolate shortbread ones and some chocolate Viennese ones. They are the best biscuits I have ever had! I love my hobby it is the best!!!

Another two March wins so far this month. I won 4 tickets to the Sci-Fi weekender worth a total of £360. I then won £100 to spend at everything5pounds.com. I got an email a week ago to say I have won a copy of a new book, and tonight a message to say I had won a bottle of Champagne.

One word to describe March - AWESOME!

I started comping in January this year. So far I have won a pair of theatre tickets, expensive organic skincare products, a bra, a beauty hamper, VIP tickets to a screening of ride along where we met Ice Cube and we also met other VIPs from Eastenders. The best prize I won was for my son to be a mascot for the England rugby match last weekend when they played Wales. It was priceless and we both got to meet all the players and my son had his photo taken, shirt and ball signed with most of the players too. It was an amazing day and I'm busy entering more as we speak. Thank you ThePrizeFinder, what a brilliant site.

I was over the moon to receive an email informing me that I had won one of the Nescafe Dulce Gusto coffee machines they were giving away daily on their Facebook page. I sometimes get quite bored of entering daily competitions and never winning anything so I was really glad that my persistence finally paid off. It arrived really quickly too with a box of After Eights!
