I've never had much luck with advent competitions but this year I made an effort and bookmarked around 25 advent comps that i entered every single day. I got a call a week before Christmas from Heart FM and Toby Anstis spoke to me on air to announce I had won £1000 and a chocolate hamper in the Cadburys advent competition! I couldn't believe it. My fiance and I have just bought our first home together and we went on a sale shopping spree to buy all the gadgets we needed, it couldnt have been more perfect timing, and the choccy was a nice treat too. Such a great way to end a great year of comping!

James Ross Jewellers Giveaway December 2015 WIN

I entered their Giveaway Competition Late Sunday Afternoon , Monday Morning I received and email to say I had won 2nd Prize after a really nice phone call with a gentleman in James Ross Jewellers I explained that I was unable to get into Brighton and he very nicely agreed to send my prize to me via Special delivery , I sent an email with my details and received a reply within minutes ( Now thast What I call Great Customer Service ! ) At 7:55 am Tuesday there was a Knock at the door , My Prize Had arrived I Can't Thank hem Enough

The Watch is exactly how it was described ...Totally Beautiful ! If it hadn't been for closing soon competitions I would never have entered it

My favourite win was an Oxo Goodgrips anodised frying pan from the Taming Twins blog. It finally convinced my better half to part with his grotty old 'flavour infused' pan!

Have been comping for a while but only found prize finder this year and straight away my luck was in! In December I won a signed CD, crafted sleigh flowers, some itty bittys hallmark toys, some chocolates and this super sweet betty boop ornament! Thank you prize finder here's to 2016!

I entered a giveaway competition within hours of it due to close on the 20th Dec There were to be five Prizes in total . First and Second prizes were a Mans and Ladies Citizen Watch . I was Gobsmacked when I received an email on the 21st telling me I had won 2nd Prized that I was to contact James Ross Jewellers to arrange collection , I rang and said that I was unable to collect , but James Ross were wonderful They arranged for My Prize the Ladies Citizen Eco Drive watch to be sent to me special delivery. 7;55 am on the 22nd My Watch had arrived Together with a lovey handwritten congratultions and a Beautiful Christmas Card .My Biggest Win of the Year all because I decided to take a Chance on a competition I would have usually ignored

I entered a Heart Comp online,then had 15 mins notice to go head to head in a quiz and amazingly won, my last question was ' What has Sam Smith lost? ' , then amazed to hear the words Congratulations Christine youve won - a gourmet hamper, a digital radio, a years supply of salad cream and £1k of vouchers of my choice

I entered my very first competition at the beginning of December 2015, inspired by my daughter who won some very nice prizes during her first month comping in November 2015, who in turn was inspired by her friend who has been entering competitions for years and has had a myriad of wins.

I have won 4 prizes in the Advents comps and online during December: Afternoon tea for two from Cloggs via BuyaGift, Cloggs emailed me the voucher immediately so was very happy with that and looking forward to treating my daughter.

A beautiful Black & Blum Loop candlestick and fruit bowl from Handpicked Collection which arrived on Christmas Eve, I was so happy to get a present for me!

A Mamma Mia hoodie in sapphire blue (my colour) and heated gloves yet to arrive (can't wait!)

And Essence make up which arrived the week before Christmas.

I have since been entering competitions every day mostly through Prizefinder which I find easy and quick to enter. I've been told that prizes sometimes just turn up so fingers crossed! You never know your luck!

Been comping for about 4 years now and have always wanted to win a hamper and then finally this December I win two in the space of a week on the Advents. I also won two passes to a snowman cable car ride over London, £100 Matalan vouchers and some Aquabeads in the Advents.

I read a story about a woman who collected 20k worth of prizes throughout the year by using TPF so my "if they can do it so can I" attitude kicked in. I started comping 2 weeks ago and have won a 2 night dinner bed and breakfast at the pierlands house hotel, a runners up goodie bag and also a new jacket worth £40 all of these prizes were on Facebook competitions but I would of never found these if it wernt for the prize finder. I enter a lot of comps per day! Say between 50 and 200 per day but I have won and I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks for giving me that chance and I really hope everyone is as lucky as I have been. It really does happen you just need to wait for it

2015 has been a particularly successful year for me on the comping front, with some of my bigger wins including an iPad Air, a holiday to France and a long weekend to Southern Ireland. The last couple of weeks alone in December has been especially lucky for me - not for advent wins, but for regular comping and my prizes have included a Bosch dishwasher worth £429, a Bosch vacuum cleaner worth £370, and Interflora Bouquet with Belgian truffles, a £500 cheque from TV Choice mag, a £100 Hotter shoes voucher, tickets to the Halle Orchestra and 6 bottle of Crabbies with 3 chalices! Can't believe I won all these in a space of two weeks! Thinking positively for 2016 now. Good luck to all and Happy New Year
