I have been ''comping'' for many years and i have had about three wins throughout I won nothing during a year of entering hundreds of competitions a week.Although I am not entering as many competitions now it was much to my delight when i received an email last week saying that I had won a bundle from Holistic Giveaway just for signing up to their newsletter this was a pleasant surprise and I am very grateful.

I have been comping for about two years now and most of the prizes I have won have been food related: restaurant meals, cookery books, tickets for food festivals, snacks, yoghurt, cake, an ice cream maker and so on. But this prize was different and should help me get back in shape: walking boots & books and a fitbit.

Had a recent dry spell but then was flooded with wins soon after feeling like I was missing out!

I won a won nights stay for 2 in Wales (Hotel pictured) can't wait and will be spending our 5 year anniversary here :)

I also won an IPod touch through Mars 100 days competition on Facebook and A box of bath bombs too from a shop in Wales . they kindly sent them 1st class to me.

My most recent win is a Picnic Hamper through Heart Bingo on Facebook .. I can't wait until it arrives as I have always wanted one and it' worth over £100 .. also just had a notification I have won perfume worth £105 from Facebook as well.

I have been trying to win an elusive Orlando holiday for more that 20 years, obsessively buying copious amounts of m&ms, making a fool of myself running around with masks on for Heart and numerous other comps, but not even a sniff of a win, so I turned my attention to Disneyland Paris, after about 2 years i finally won tickets and accommodation for 4, it was quite expensive for transport but still, I finally had Disney prize, we had an amazing time and fully immersed ourselves in the magic, I am still obsessively trying to win a Florida hol mind :)

This might seem like a small win but I can assure you that my granddaughter will love these pens.
They fit into a holder so you can't lose the caps and they don't dry out. They are also washable which is great for her mum , and for me when she draws on me !

2 amazing wins for me this year, first was a 2 night spa break to lake windamere staying at the Lakeside hotel. I took my husband, we received afternoon tea, treatments and lake boat passes valued at over £900! My second win was a bespoke day out and £5000 through 'Zurich future you' competition, I had to tell them my future dreams in this comp...My day out was filmed so I'm now famous haha!!!!

Today my five year old son rather randomly received two packs of Moshi cards in the post. I can only assume it is a consolation prize for a competition I entered on his behalf. Anyway, it was enough to motivate me to enter a few more.

I used to enter competitions years ago, back in the days of tie breakers. Since retiring two years ago, I have taken up this hobby again. Since January I've won £250 vouchers from Jamie's Vert, theatre tickets to see 'Bat out of Hell', 2 x Frank Sinatra dvds, and a holiday to Santorini and jewellery from Folli Follie.

I won 2 tickets to see American in Paris in London. The show was absolutely amazing, we had great seats, the sets and costumes were brilliant and it was an overall awesome night. Thank you to prize finder for showing me the competition, I have wanted to see a West End show for ages! :)

After a few years break from comping, I started again when off work. My first win this year from a blog post, Rainbeaubelle. Hope this is the start of my good luck. The Elderflower Gin is delicious! Thank you Prizefinder.
