After quite a long dry spell, I've had a lucky week with not one but two wins on Instagram. I had a message to say I had won a hamper of beauty products and face masks. The face masks were missing from the parcel but that was soon sorted out. I'm looking forward to pampering myself with those! Then a couple of days later I won a jubilee hamper full of protein snack balls in lots of yummy flavours, delicious! I absolutely love comping, it's such a great feeling to get those winning messages. Getting wins just encourages me to do more!

Just had a lovely email telling me I was the lucky winner of their Sipsmith/Emma Bridgewater competition. It consisted of a bottle of strawberry smash gin, 2 highball glasses, cocktail stirrers, a stainless steel measuring cup and a beautiful Emma Bridgewater strawberry bowl!!! I Haven't won a prize for quite a while so chuffed with this as I feel I have my mojo back now lol. Will be entering regularly again now

Absolutely delighted to recently win a Wildflower gift set worth up to £250 which included a bed set, cushion, cosmetic bag, oven glove, scarf, personalised stationery set and personalised notebook!! @the_chateau_tv on Instagram contacted me the same day and very quickly sent out my lovely gift. Over the moon with the beautiful designs and such high quality, everything is stunning and was packaged so beautifully. Very professional and lovely company! I’ve had a brilliant collection of wins this month, all based around board games! I saw the advert for the promotion in Game stores to win £2000 if you submit your receipt after buying a board game. I bought Dobble Fishing for my dad for Fathers Day as he’s a keen fisherman, submitted my receipt, won £7 worth of points which I was really pleased with - and then a week later got an email to say I had won the £2000 weekly prize draw! I found out on my birthday at the beginning of May which was bonus timing! Then also by coincidence I won an amazing board game bundle on social media. I’ve received 4 games that are brilliant - Ticket to Ride, Catan, Bananagrams and Dobble. We have brought them to our caravan for half term and arereally enjoying playing them!

I always want to win flowers as they are a special treat which I am rarely able to get for myself so I was excited when I saw the recent Nivea competitions in connection with Arena flowers. I often use the face cream which was the necessary purchase and as they were on offer at Boots I bought the required two pots and sent off my text entry. I saw plenty of winners on Chatterbox mentioning their wins and as the closing date came and went I resigned myself to being unlucky. I was then so surprised to get a text weeks later saying I was a winner of a bouquet and after numerous attempts I finally filled in the online claim form. I had read that the flowers were disappointing but when they did at last arrive, on my birthday no less! I soaked them as requested and they woke up and look beautiful as you can see by my photo. A birthday treat I was not expecting which made my day. I love comping.

While sat in the hospital waiting to get an eye test a message popped up on Facebook messenger. I had won another competition! Myself and my friend won a fantastic opportunity to swim with Sharks at the Blue planet aquarium in Elmsmere Port. After a SCUBA corse to learn how to breath underwater we got into the wetsuits provided and put our learnings into practice. It was then time that we had 30 minutes in the water without a cage swimming among the sharks and other tropical fishes. It was amazing and the sharks were so big and teethy but super tranquil. The tiger sand Sharks are over 8 feet long and swim so close you could touch them if you reached out. ( you were not aloud to touch any of the fish) I won the competition via Facebook. People always say they never win anything. I ask how often do you enter and they say they don’t! Yet they are still surprised.

My grandson Sam and his lovely girlfriend Bella won the recent Win a Day in Their Boots competition for Arsenal. I told them about the competition and encouraged them both to enter. Other family members tried for the Liverpool club but it was these lucky two who bagged the prize. I saw the comp listed in prizefinder and LL Facebook group. They spent a night in the very grand St Pancras Hotel by Kings Cross London, then saw the last game of the season from a VIP box at Sam's adored Emerates Stadium. Full hospitality and travel were included and they still have a Stadium tour, meet and greet and signed Boots to collect. They gave me the chocolate hamper they received as part of the prize. For Sam it was the winning 5-1 score that made his day. They both said the whole experience was incredible how good is that and well done Cadbury

I won some flowers from flying flowers on Instagram which was a huge surprise as l never win on there. I also won £20 love to shop voucher from a magazine so bought this lovely glass fishbowl. Both competitions were listed on Prizefinder which is my go to site each day. I am off soon on a weekend away at the historic Crewe Hall Hotel which l won early this year. It looks a lovely hotel with a pool and l can't wait. My niece was also the lucky winner of a weekend away when l nominated her for being my carer. She is off to The Belfry Hotel in Cambridge soon. Comping is a hobby that can bring some amazing prizes so be lucky everyone.

Four different parcels have arrived this month with children's games in them.
Three are pictured - Cluedo, Cluedo Liars version and Jenga.
The fourth game Pass the Pugs has been given to a grandchild before I had time to take a photograph.
With Half term coming up all the games will come in useful if we get any rainy days. It's really good when the postie calls with a mystery parcel. Sometimes if I have a good idea what is in the parcel I let the grandchildren have the fun of opening the post.
I don't think as many people enter once the sun starts shining as my wins have been more than usual this month.

I find that sometimes when you win things in this hobby you tend to win prizes close together that are quite alike. This year I seem to be winning tickets to shows and concerts. I surprised my daughter in Easter with tickets to Everybody's talking about Jamie in MK. She loved it! As did I, Shane Ritchie and Layton Williams were fab along with the rest of the cast. I have also won tickets recently to see Bastille and Russell Peters. The theatre win also included Lola's cupcakes as well so this was definitely our fave!
