Meet Our Latest Winners!

This month I have been really lucky with two food wins. One was at the beginning of the month when I found out I was a runner-up for a prize in the Millie’s Cookies and Vampire Academy competition. This had me winning 12 Millie's Cookies of my choice. I chose lots of yummy double choc, brownies, and choc chip cookies with my voucher and those were devoured by myself and my family...yummy!

My second win of the month was a twitter Dairylea competition which had me winning a £20 love2shop voucher this also got spent very quickly!

Being a primary school teacher, I squeeze my competition entering into Saturday afternoons as there is no other time in the week. However, I really knuckled down in August and after a rather quiet period, I have managed to win an iPad Mini, a Merlin Annual Family Pass and a £7K holiday to Mozambique! Roll on half term!

I've been comping for years now and do upteen per day, as online competitions are my hobby and I spend hours per night entering.

This site is the best around and I usually do the closing soon because with some of the new competitions the deadlines are months ahead so I like the ending soon ones.

I've not won anything since July 2013 but I've kept on doing them anyway. Today I got a nice suprise through the post. I won a new talking furby so that's going towards my 4 year old christmas pot.

I haven't won any competitions at all for months despite entering loads every day. I was getting really demoralised. Then a couple of weeks ago I got an email, which I nearly deleted by mistake, informing me I'd won two places to the Masterchef pop up restaurant plus a £50 bar tab! The restaurant is there for five weeks only and features winners and runners up from the Masterchef series cooking special menus. Our menus were from the 2011 winner Tim plus runners up Sara and Tom. We got to watch them cooking, had a 6 course tasting menu and got to talk to some of the chefs and watch them cooking. We spent our £50 bar tab having champagne on the roof terrace with amazing views over London including the London Eye and Shard and then more wine with our fantastic meal. This was something I would never have bought and it just shows you never know when you are going to win and what experience you are going to get.

I love comping since a neighbour introduced me to it and I tend to go a couple of months without winning anything and then suddenly a few nice wins come in all at once! Some little ones and some great ones! Just recently I've won:

A bottle of Flash All-Purpose Cleaner
Pantene Age-Defying Shampoo and Conditioner
A beer T-shirt
A box-full of solar powered garden lights

We've just moved from a small flat into a house with a garden so the flash and the garden lights have been brilliant, you can't beat free shampoo and the t-shirt will be great as a silly, extra birthday present for my boyfriend's birthday!

Hiya, I have been comping for about 6 month now and have had a few little wins quiches and wildflower seeds etc but more recently I've won tickets to the darts in November from a Twitter comp, a green fingers gingerbread man from Biscuiteers and just the other day received 2 quarter bottles of Nicolas Feuillatte champagne from a Kitchen Goddess competition! Fingers crossed for a holiday now! Thanks to all who post and The Prizefinder :-).

Two wins, both requiring some effort as opposed to just a few clicks (which I normally find the odds are definitely against me) Win #1: Competition by TotalFilm.com. Requirements: Design a poster for the film The Congress, winner to be selected by the director of the film! (This makes the win especially satisfying, to be chosen rather than just a random selection) The Prize: An Xbox One with kinect = AWESOME!!

Win #2: Competition by SubTV.co.uk. Requirements: Come up with a tagline for their company. The Prize: Okay I only came second, but still won a £50 itunes voucher.

Very happy with my comping now, think I'll stick with it and see what turns up :)

I have been comping on and off for around a year, I've won baby food, toy taxis and other bits but this year me and my husband decided to renew our wedding vows. So far I have won £1000 worth of hair exstensions from The Sun and this week I won a free wedding dress from the wedding and flowers competition. Can't wait to see what else I can win for my big day :)

While I was away on holiday, my neighbour texted me to say his hall had a large box in addressed to me. On arrival home, I found I had won a Little Tikes red and yellow car, absolutely delighted, my son had always wanted one as a toddler, now I could give his small children one! A few days later a large lorry arrived with a really huge parcel, the delivery man parked the parcel on my drive, and after he had left I found a delivery note attached to say it was a Little Tikes play castle for the garden. I have no idea where they are from as I enter quite a few compo's every day, but I and my grandchildren are very happy.

Like many organized compers, I have a well maintained list (on my mobile) of daily, weekly, monthly competitions for FB, Twitter and favourite websites. I do keep it updated all the time and usually start the day with 'getting them out of my way'. That's how I spotted a great competition on Land's End FB page; they run a give away every week, but on this occasion it was 3 big £500 vouchers and all you needed to do is to create a denim inspired mood board. I knew there are going to be many entries, but badly wanted to win, so I spent ages hunting down images on Pinterest, saving it to my PC, then made a board on a mobile app, and sent it with excitement. The judging took a few weeks, but I was so glad when I received a WEM from them, saying that I was chosen as one of the winners! This great news came in the right time and will be spent on a new AW wardrobe and Christmas presents for my family.
