Thankyou to everyone who helped make our #LuckyNewYear competitions a big success. I hope you enjoyed the variety of comps that we ran - hopefully it might inspire you to have a go at a few more skill-based and creative comps this year!
We had thousands of entries over the course of the week, but far fewer entries for the competitions that required a bit of effort. For the Twitter tiebreaker competition, 25 of you tweeted without the #LuckyNewYear hashtag which meant that your entry didn't count. For the £50 Love2shop prize draw, 20 of you left comments on our blog post with your email address instead of clicking through to the entry form (we didn't publish the comments, of course!). It's really important with any competition that you enter that you read the instructions before you enter - after all, you won't win if your entry is wrong!
Our competition on Saturday asked you to email a photo of a prize that you'd won - check out the brilliant entries in our Facebook album! Throughout 2012 we're offering a £50 voucher every month to someone who has submitted a Winners Story and photo to us - you can do this at the Winners Page but you will need to be a registered member. We're still working on the new registration form, so if you're not registered yet bear with us!
