Since being off ill and can't work I've been spending my time doing all the competitions on this site religiously. It gives me something to do and its a nice surprise if I win. Well I've been meaning to start the gym again. It boosts my mood and helps rehabilitate my injury but I've been stalling. Well after winning this t shirt for such an amazing charity, I've decided this is a perfect push to start up again. almost like a sign. Maybe i will even train for a mini marathon and try and do some fundraising for this charity and give back. And what a great way to set a goal.
