We all enter competitions for the chance to win lovely things, but it's those amazing 'money can't buy' prizes that make our hobby extra-special. Just last week I watched my husband play football at the San Siro in Milan - with Arsenal legends Robert Pires and Tony Adams! It was one of the best moments of my life, and all thanks to our wonderful hobby of comping.

In my sixteen years entering comps, I've had some wonderful 'money-can't-buy' prizes - a helicopter flight over Glastonbury with the Q magazine photographer, a walk down the red carpet at the BAFTAs, and a weekend in Iceland with Huggy Bear (from Starsky & Hutch!). My son had Myleene Klass fit him with free Start-Rite shoes, and my husband spent a day with Heston Blumenthal at the Fat Duck! But the prize I would most like to win would be the chance to host my own one-off show on the radio, so I'm always looking out for that.

I would buy an island in a warm (but not too hot) climate. I would grow my own fruit and vegetables and milk my own cow. With the milk I would make yoghurt and cheese and Of course, I would make my own bread and cakes!
My family would visit but know when to go home,leaving me to enjoy the solitude.

Mine would be a holiday somewhere nice (one that's available during school holiday time since I teach and many prizes are impossible for me to attend). Maybe somewhere warm but cultural like Malaysia... oh and with a nice scuba diving spot :D x

I would love to win something towards my wedding to make it even more special as at the moment I am doing a lot of DIY on a small budget, Or to win something which would enable my fiance and I to go travelling

My dream would be to have an invite to the BAFTA Awards and be treated like a star for the day. I would love the full pampering works of hair, makeup and fancy dress and then get to walk down the red carpet mixing with celebs. Oh well, one day..... :)

I would love to take the family to the Cloud Forests in Costa Rica, somewhere we have always wanted to go but will never be able to afford it :-)

My Dream Prize Money Can't Buy would be World Peace.
I can but dream. If I did win money I would love to have a wonderful holiday such as visit to Disneyland Florida etc. Whilst I would also like to treat family and friends to a relaxing tasty meal at a friendly restaurant, maybe by the seaside on a wonderfully sunny summers day. We could maybe eat outside whilst enjoying the view. The good weather would be the ideal time to enjoy some gelati (Italian ice-cream. which I and many of my family and friends enjoy).

I'd love to take a year off and take my children on a complete round the world trip, staying in luxury hotels and eating and drinking whatever we wanted with no money worries...oh and a yacht!!
