Hello again compers! Halfway through August already? Can’t quite believe it! The summer weather has temporarily deserted us here on the Island at the moment – been getting more use out of the girls’ cardigans over the last week than I would have liked for August! Still, so long as it stays relatively dry we can’t really moan – we can still get out and about to enjoy the time off school, it won’t last forever after all! If you have little ones at home, are you starting to think about getting back to school? What’s left on your “To Do” list? For me, I have a few minor items of clothing left to get (the branded school cardigans, which need to be bought at a specialist school supplier), 2 new lunchboxes and related pots, a supply of sticky name labels and I think I am pretty much there!
Getting the kiddos ready to get back to school can be an expensive business can’t it. Even after you have bought all the big ticket items like uniform and shoes, all the other little btis and pieces add up too don’t they. The pencil cases, new pencils, sharpeners, rubbers, rulers and notepads all eat into the summer bank balance. Well here at The PrizeFinder we are here to help curb the cost of Back to School! In our EXCLUSIVE competition we are giving away £50 of WH Smith vouchers, that you can use online or in store to purchase all your Back to School supplies. Even if you don’t have little ones to be buying for, why not use it to treat yourself to some nice new stationery, books or squirrel some gifts away ready for Christmas (yes, I really did just use the “C” word – I can’t be the only one thinking about presents already can I?)
To enter our competition, it’s simple! Make sure you are logged into your PrizeFinder account, and leave me a comment below this post telling me what your favourite subject was at school! I loved English Literature and History at school (still do!), and went on to study them both at A Level. One entry per person and one winner will be chosen at random after the closing date of 23:59 on Sunday 24th August 2014. This will give you plenty of time to get your online orders in for your stationery stock, or browse the shelves in your local WH Smith store. I am looking forward to reading all your comments!
Good luck to you all, and lots of Lucky Dust being blown your way!
Kirsty x
