I apoligise as this isn't really the right forum for this, but I'm not sure where else to post my question. At the end of January I won a comp through a parenting website for a small piece of bespoke artwork. The website told me the small (one woman) firm offering the prize would contact me but they didn't so I emailed the website, they chased it up and I got a result.
The woman who runs the company did contact me after that but said she was too busy with valentines pieces and would get onto to mine when the rush was over. I still hadn't heard from her at the start of March so I emailed her and very politely asked how my design was going, that was two days ago and I haven't had a reply.
I don't want to be rude and I do understand that it's not a big business I'm dealing with (if it was I'd be more proactive), but I also feel that if you use a comp to gain publicity for your business you should honor the prize. Does anyone have any advice?

I'm not having much luck so feeling low!!!!! Love reading about everyone's wins, forever hopeful that it will be my turn soon........

Only nine days into March and already I've won Wondershare’s DVD Slideshow Builder Deluxe and a book from Avisberry. This is the first month i've really started taking my comping hobby seriously and entering for lots of comps, so it's been a wonderful surprise to actually win. I'm always checking my email just in case a new win has come through.

I am very new to this and already feel the bug!! I am just not sure if I am doing it right ? I guess I just want to win one thing to prove it is worth it! Bits I am unsure about I know you have to tick the T&Cs but to get a chance of winning do you have to tick all the others news letters etc. also the criptic words, space no space capitals no capitals does it have to be exact to be in with a chance? Please advise if you can. Cheers corn and any other tips
