I regularly enter the magazine competitions. This year has been my lucky year and I have won quite a few prizes over the months, entering them through the Prize Finder! I thought I would share the one I won this month. I won a three month's worth of snack s from Men's Health competitions. These are gut friendly snacks so this really pleased me. They include packets of gut friendly crisps and gut friendly nuts and seeds packets - so now when we are hungry, we can happily munch on some healthy snacks.
