I love competitions where more effort is required. I regularly go on coach holidays with Just Go! Holidays. Every so often they send me a newsmagazine called The Journey which usually includes a competition. The one I won was to send in a recipe of a food that invokes travel memories.
Mine was Welsh Cakes. My mum used to bake them and take them when we went to the seaside. I included photos of the Welsh Cakes I now bake and me on the beach with mum as a child.
The prize was £450 off my next holiday with them. I will have fun choosing where to go!
