Back to School Competitions Round-up

Hello everyone! How was your weekend, any nice wins to report? A few more little wins so far for August including another two Goodreads books, a surprise packet of whey protein powder and a muscle magazine, a mystery cranberry item from Holland & Barrett, a surprise Minion sticker album from Go Girl magazine and a British Wildlife Handbook for my eldest. As you can see my comping wins over the last few weeks are sponsored by the words “books & magazines”, all nice wins though and handy during the holidays. Been a busy week finishing up Cowes Week for another year, swimming lessons and family sessions, lots of working and a little bit of comping. We are off to my parents on the Mainland at the end of the week, so comping will take a holiday for a few days while we are away. Quite nice to have a little break though every now and again, as it means we come back to this wonderful hobby renewed and ready to go again.

Just two and a half weeks left of the summer holidays here – flying by at a rate of knots now! I still have a few bits to buy for the girls before we are all ready to go back, but the bulk of the uniform shopping is done. I want to try and sneak one last camping trip in at least before we say goodbye to the holidays, so trying to work as hard as I can to get ahead and we can just pack everything up if we get a warm couple of days. I want everything ready to go for back to school by the end of this week, so I know we are all prepared and ready to roll come September 3rd.
