These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. THE PROMOTER

KP Snacks Limited, Fifth Floor, The Urban Building, 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, SL1 2BE.

2. ELIGIBILITY
This prize draw (the "Promotion") is open to UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry only excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter's agents, third parties or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion. The Promotion is not open to residents in Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands.

3. Internet access required to enter. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.

4. No purchase necessary.

5. This Promotion features across Popchips Sour Cream & Onion, Sea Salt & Vinegar and Barbecue flavours with one shared prize pool as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

6. THE PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

a. The "Main Promotion Period" will begin at 10:00 on 27^th January 2025 (the "Opening Date") and will end at 23:59 on 30^th March 2025 (the "Main Promotion Period Closing Date").

b. Each weekly entry period (‘Weekly Prize Draw') is as follows:

c. Within each Weekly Prize Draw is a draw for each prize type (four draws in total) per week for 9 weeks within the Main Promotion Period.

d. The "Late Entry Draw" is for all entries received during the "Late Entry Promotion Period" being between 00:00 on 31^st March 2025 and 23:59 on 22^nd June 2025 (the "Late Entry Draw Closing Date").

e. Within the Late Entry Draw is one draw for two prize types as set out at clause 10.

7. HOW TO ENTER:

a. Go to popitweekly.com

b. Enter your full name, valid email address and mobile phone number.

c. Tick the box(s) for the prize type you would like to win from the following options:

•A pair of tickets to the Tom Grennan Gig

•A pair of Latitude Festival 2025 GA weekend camping tickets

•A pair of Isle of Wight 2025 Festival GA weekend camping tickets

•£100 cash prize

You can tick a box for entry into one or more draws (four in total), but you can only win one prize in total during the Main Promotion Period.

d. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person per Weekly Prize Draw per individual prize draw. For the avoidance of doubt, only one entry per person per Weekly Prize Draw will be accepted and a person can enter each of the individual prize types during the Weekly Prize Draw. A person can use only one name, email address and phone number to enter once per individual draw during each Weekly Prize Draw, or once during the Late Entry Promotion Period.

e. Any entrant or household using multiple email addresses, multiple phone numbers or multiple names or identities to access the Promotion will be disqualified and any prize will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant or household has already submitted an entry (or won a prize) and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize claims.

f. Entrants must have internet access to enter the Promotion. The entrant is reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet, or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.

g. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or entries received outside of the applicable Promotion Period will not be accepted, and you will not be entered into the Promotion.

h. No third party or bulk entries. Do not enter on behalf of another person. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter that any entrant or the entrant's household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, using identities other than their own, using any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries, or otherwise acting dishonestly, fraudulently or otherwise in violation of these terms, such entrant will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.

i. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

8. THE MAIN PROMOTION PRIZES

a. There are 9 prizes to be won in total per Weekly Prize Draw during the Main Promotion Period (each a "MP Prize"). There are 81 MP Prizes in total.

b. In each Weekly Prize Draw the following MP Prizes will be available to win:

2 x pairs of Tom Grennan Gig tickets

1 x pair of Latitude Festival 2025 GA weekend Camping tickets

1 x pair of Isle of Wight Festival 2025 GA weekend Camping tickets

5 x £100 cash prizes per week

c. Tom Grennan Gig Tickets prize

Each winner of this prize will receive one pair of tickets to a Popchips event with special performance by Tom Grennan (the "Tom Grennan Gig") that will take place on the evening of Thursday 22nd May 2025 at a venue in central London. Each winner's guest must be 18+. There is no choice of date or location for the winner. Each winner will also receive a £200 travel allowance (total) paid either by cheque in the winner's name supplied at the point of entry, or into the winner's UK bank account. The payment cannot be made in the name of any other person. Prize does not include travel, accommodation, spending money, food or beverages. The gig will be attended by other guests. The ticket will be subject to its own terms and conditions as set out on the ticket or as otherwise communicated to winners before the Tom Grennan Gig. The event will also be attended by other prize winners and guests from separate promotional activities.

d. Latitude Festival GA weekend Camping tickets prize

Each winner of this prize will receive 1x pair of general admission weekend Camping tickets to Latitude Festival 2025 between 25^th – 27^th July 2025. Prize does not include travel, car parking, tents and all equipment, spending money, food or beverages or any other expenses. The ticket will be subject to its own terms and conditions available at https://www.latitudefestival.com/terms-conditions/ or as set out on the ticket.

e. Isle of Wight Festival GA weekend Camping tickets prize

Each winner of this prize will receive 1x pair of general admission weekend Camping tickets to Isle of Wight Festival 2025 between 19^th – 22^nd June 2025. Prize does not include travel, car parking, tents and all equipment, spending money, food or beverages or any other expenses. The ticket will be subject to its own terms and conditions available at ISLE-OF-WIGHT-FESTIVAL-TCs-2025.pdf or as set out on the ticket.

f. £100 cash prize

Each winner of this prize will receive £100 paid either by cheque in the winner's name supplied at the point of entry, or into the winner's UK bank account. The payment cannot be made in the name of any other person.

9. MAIN PROMOTION WINNER SELECTION

a. For each Weekly Prize Draw, all entrants per MP Prize will be drawn by a random computer generator from all eligible entries received within the relevant per MP Prize and Weekly Prize Draw Promotion Period.

b. For each Weekly Prize Draw:

i. Two entrants randomly drawn from the Weekly Prize Draw Tom Grennan entries each receive 1 x pair of Tom Grennan Gig tickets.

ii. One entrant randomly drawn from the Weekly Prize Draw Latitude Festival entries will win 1 x pair of Latitude Festival 2025 GA weekend Camping tickets between 25^th – 27^th July 2025.

iii. One entrant randomly drawn from the Weekly Prize Draw Isle of Wight Festival entries will win 1 x pair of Isle of Wight 2025 Festival GA weekend Camping tickets between 19^th – 22^nd June 2025.

iv. Five entrants randomly drawn from the £100 Weekly Prize Draw entries each receive £100.

c. Each Weekly Prize Draw will take place within 7 days of the relevant Weekly Closing Date.

d. A person can win a maximum of one Prize throughout the Main Promotion Period.

e. Weekly Prize Draw entries received in a Weekly Prize Draw Promotion Period will not be carried over to the next Weekly Prize Draw, separate entries will be required from an entrant.

10. LATE ENTRY DRAW DETAILS & WINNER SELECTION

a. There are 6 prizes available to win within the Late Entry Draw. These are:

1 x pair of Latitude Festival 2025 GA weekend camping tickets (as described in clause 8d).
5 x £100 cash prizes (as described in clause 8f).

(each a "LD Prize")

b. 6 entrants will be drawn by a random computer generator from all eligible entries received within the Late Entry Promotion Period and the LD Prizes will be allocated as follows:

i. the first entrant drawn will win a pair of Latitude Festival 2025 GA weekend camping tickets; and then

ii. 5 entrants selected will each win £100.

(the "LD Winners")

c. Only one entry per person during the Late Entry Draw.

11. WINNER VERIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT FOR ALL WINNERS

a. All MP Winners and LD Winners will be contacted within 14 days of the relevant Weekly Closing Date or Late Entry Draw Closing Date via the email address provided at the point of entry.

b. Each MP Winner and LD Winner has 14 days from the date the email was sent in accordance with paragraph 11a, in which to provide proof of name and age to claim their prize. If a MP Winner or LD Winner does not provide proof of name and age or does not claim their prize within the first 7 days, another email will be sent. If a MP Winner or LD Winner does not provide proof of name and age or does not claim their prize within a further 7 days, the relevant prize will be withdrawn and awarded to a new winner drawn at the same time as the original relevant winner. In respect of the £100 cash prizes these will not be deemed claimed if the relevant winner does not provide their details required to make the transfer of the cash prize in accordance with paragraph 11c.

c. The £100 cash prizes will only be sent within 14 working days of prize claim in accordance with paragraph 11b, either (i) via cheque to the address and in the winner's name supplied at the point of entry; or (ii) via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner's name.

d. The Tom Grennan Gig tickets will be sent digitally (to the email address provided at the point of entry) to winners and winners will be required to register for their digital tickets by 1^st May 2025.

e. Latitude Festival 2025 GA camping tickets and Isle of Wight Festival 2025 GA camping ticket winners will be required to create a Ticketmaster.co.uk account using the same email address used to enter the promotion and claim the prize. At least 7 days before the specific event, winners will be sent a link and a unique code for each ticket via email to download their tickets to their Ticketmaster account.

f. The MP Winners, the GD Winner and the LD Winners (including any substituted winners allocated prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be the "Winners") The Promoter reserves the right to verify all Winners including requesting proof of name, age and address and to request ID. The Promoter may withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

g. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of any prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants or Winners failing to supply accurate information which affects any acceptance and/or delivery of any prize.

h. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

i. All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be resold.

j. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a Winner is not able to take their prize.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner's acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.

13. PUBLICITY AND DATA PROTECTION

a. Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter's privacy policy. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion. Entrants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here: https://www.popchips.co.uk/privacy-policy

b. The surname and county of the Winners will be made available to anyone who requests it by emailing within 1 month of the Late Entry Draw Closing Date to winnerlist@popitweekly.com. Winners may request their surname and county are not published in the event they win by emailing winnerlist@popitweekly.com before the Late Entry Draw Closing Date save that disclosure to regulatory authorities may still be required.

c. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner's name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the prizes won as part of the Promotion. The Promoter will not use an entrant's personal data for publicity purposes without the entrant's consent. This does not prevent the Promoter from disclosing the winner's surname and county of residence in accordance with paragraph 13b of these Terms and Conditions.

14. GENERAL

a. Promoter's decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

b. By entering this Promotion an entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

c. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

d. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

e. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries made using anonymous, disposable and or temporary email services such as, but not limited to, Apple, Guerilla Mail, Dispostable, and Mailinator as well as any programmatically generated or manually created email addresses on platforms including, but not limited to Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or BT Internet domains, for the purpose of circumventing these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion if an entrant or a Winner has used any such service and withdraw prize entitlement.

f. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.

g. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

h. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.

j. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within

Why do you need my email details?

If you are a lucky winner, we will contact you via the email address that you provided with further details of how to claim your prize. We can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry.

If you are a Popchips event with special performance by Tom Grennan or festival ticket winner, the email address you provide at the point of entry will be the email address used for all correspondence and receipt of tickets.

What are the next steps if I receive a winning email?

If you are a Main Promotion or Late Entry winner, you will first need to claim your prize by replying to the notification email with proof of name and age within 14 days. You'll then receive further information specific to the prize you have won.

If I am a winner, when will I receive my prize?

If you have won tickets to the Popchips event with special performance by Tom Grennan, or festival tickets you will receive these 7 days in advance of the event. Tom Grennan winners will receive their £200 spending money 7 days in advance of the event.

If you have won a £100 cash prize, we'll send you a cheque, or transfer money into your bank account within 14 working days of receiving your payment details.
